However I will give some minor crits
The overall color palette is great, but it needs some more darker
shadows, especially as the scene is lit from one lightsource
The bottle is not sitting very well on the table as it looks a bit floating
I think it would be better if you had 'finished' the upper right part of the background
Now onto the (very) good stuff
Very good composition, with tense atmosphere.
Cloth foldings are excellent
Love the gun she is holding beneath the table
Good stuff man

A few minor crits... the shadows need a bit more definition... i'm referring to the ones falling behind the elbows of the characters. I guess they are a little bit too "fluffy" for the dim light, which should cast more and stronger shadows in the room. And also, the pack of cards should cast a bit of shadow, 'cause it seems to float above the table without it. Try to define the shadows a bit more.
One other thing, and i'll shut up
I love that old smoky saloon mood, the colors, and the lighting.
Cheers,
Raluca

I really like the skeleton's wispy hair, though, and the sleeve + hand of the guy on the left.

Just a quick observation. 'Dead Man's Hand' is two pair, Aces and Eights, not a full house...
